Not Knowing Your Audience

Who are you hoping to attract to your business via social media? If you simply try to market to everyone, you’ll find that your message doesn’t really reach anyone. By narrowing down your target audience by age, gender, location, interest, or any other filter, you can create posts and other materials that are more precisely aimed at their wants and needs. This content will catch their attention and help convince them to become a customer.

Not Posting Regularly

If you only post every now and then, it’s going to be very hard to keep your audience engaged. You want to post enough that people come to expect to see new content from you regularly, though you don’t want to overdo it.
