The Voila Hotel Rewards Program features about 300 independent hotels in dozens of countries around the world. Using your Wyndham Diamond Level, we can match to Voila Hotels Platinum Reward Member Level which is their highest member status. To get started, head on over and signup for Voila’s Hotel Reward Program which will give you their lowest member tier at silver.

Once you are signed up, you can then go ahead email Voila’s Support at support@vhr.com with the request for a status match which they will respond within 2 business days as stated on their website contact us page:

Here is a sample email you can send over to them with the request for the status match:

“Hello!

I just became a member on the Voila website and am inquiring to see if there are any status match opportunities available. I have provided my membership number and information along with my status from competing hotel chains.

Again, for this purpose we will be using our Wyndham Diamond Level (which you can send them a picture of your diamond card in the email) as our competing Hotel Chain to get the status match. Their customer service support team responds rather quickly within a 24 hour period with a confirmation of the approved status match request which may take a few days to show in your online account:
