You can expect to wait about a week for a response from Sonesta Travel Pass Customer Service and if you do not receive a response after a week, I would resubmit another email to their team to be on the safe side. Once they do respond however, they will confirm the status match from Hilton Honors Gold to a Sonesta Travel Pass Elite Member!
